I had a bunch of domains registered with IYD.com which is now Hover.com.
The changeover has resulted in nothing but a nightmare.
I cannot edit any of the registry information because no matter what I put in the fields I get an error message that says there are invalid fields (but yet won't specify which ones are invalid).
They have no contact information on their website for support issues and make people use an online forum for support. That is fine however they make you click a link to send out a verification email to your email address. But their system is not sending me this verification email. My host has confirmed that no emails from them have tried to reach my mail server. So I cannot even verify my email address so I can use the support forum to get help.
Anyone else having issues, like mine, with these guys?
