Any way to geo target searches from Google?

Is there any way to figure out how many searches are being made by a certain country/region instead of an overall number? Any tools out there for this?

You can also use:

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Click on "edit" and you perform country as well as language specific searches.
