I use a bunch of different Matchmaking advertisers to promote as a publisher. My traffic seems to cater to a specific niche in that area. Once I was able to figure this out, I felt like I needed a better payout.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are a quality publisher bringing in a good amount of revenue to the advertiser, to contact the advertiser directly. More often then not, they would be willing to offer you a higher percentage. Afterall, from an advertisers standpoint, 90% of all affiliate revenue comes from the top 10% of their affiliates. If you are in that 10%, try to get yourself a little extra. You deserve it!

there are many who prefer and require a third party for tracking however. there are positives and negatives both ways.
