Afternic - Sold my domain and haven't received any money

Hi,

I sold my domain "thevape.ca" in the month of May 2024. Since then, i am waiting for my money and still haven't got any proper update on what info/details are missing in my Payee account. Wrote several emails to support team and received copy paste replies all the time which does not help in any matter. It's been over 6months and still waiting for someone senior to look into this matter and provide permanent resolution. I reside in Canada and would like someone to help me figure out what details needed to get my money?
