Afternic Issue

About 2 months ago someone purchased a domain of mine through afternic. I added my bank info and such as requested in afternic and it was marked as transferred and complete...I still do not have the money....Is this typical to wait this long?

They had a security update or something today causing this. It's a 2 second fix. They thought they fixed it but obviously it isn't fixed. Phone call works in one minute.

I also, with pressure to get the new blog post out, never got around to contacting support but my Afternic is working fine again now.

I STILL do not have payment for this domain.....very upset and TWO other domains of mine sold today in afternic and I am nervous
