How long does it take to get paid when you sell on Afternic? Did they extend the payment time?

Nice. I mean, if only you guys responded this fast to "this feature sucks" things would be amazing.

It seems that a lot of time working on A/B testing this, that, and the other feature (basically, trivial tweaks that decimate sales) could have been saved. I know programmers are not stupid but they have to follow imbecilic instructions from a product manager or GM that has funny ideas about what makes sense or not.

But for all domains that have Fast Transfer status → Set Buy Now Price, instead of the assigned landing page, a different one appears with a price request form, and the potential buyer cannot purchase it at the seller’s set price but has to fill out the form. This should not happen.

Also, if a user fills out the form and your agent sends a price request to the owner, the previously set BIN Price, Floor Price, and Minimum Offer disappear from that domain in the Afternic panel (i.e. the BIN price was set, but after such a request from the wrong landing page - which should not be shown at all - the price set by the seller simply disappears as if it was never there). I’ve faced this issue several times already. This also should not happen. Please fix the problem with the landing pages and the problem with the prices disappearing from the domain.

I set up 3 of my domains to Cashparking last week to try. They all showed blank page until I contacted support. Then they told me that they "added" those domains to my Cashparking account and they started showing ads.

But now I'm facing another issue that my Parking dashboard on Afternic doesn't show any traffic. I'm pretty sure that one of those domains get at least a couple clicks a day but Afternic support tells me that it's because they don't receive any traffic.

I just sent an email to the parking support team describing the issues and am now waiting for a reply.

Yes is that true if the domain not receive decent traffic they will never show on parking section and i think if the domain getting 70-100 daily then the domain might be show on parking section.... but nowadays afternic only show revenue not visits so i think it's not good if you park your top traffic domains on afternic __ try Bodis and Parkingcrew both are great.

Not just a lander problem, it seems the system doesn't recognize your set amounts at all for some reason:

I reached out their parking support and this is their answer:

We understand you are reaching out with concerns regarding your parking account.

The parking section of your portfolio will display domains that have generated meaningful clicks on ads, not just views.

For any domains set on Cashparking that use the Afternic nameservers that still don't display ads, please reply to this email with a list of the domains in question and we will investigate.

Meanwhile, the only domain that finally showed up on my parking dashboard now shows $.01 revenue with zero page views. Make it make sense.

I'm done with my brief parking experiment with Cashparking. I'm going back to custom sale lander.

@GoDaddy could You please check this issue I talk with 2 more friends and we all have same problems no ads and we didn't change nothing on our accounts.

Now you know why this platform is impossible to deal with. I hope they fix this issue soon.

@GoDaddy The new 30/90/365 Search Views feature is amazing, but I would really like to see a shorter period too (Like 1, 2, 3 or 7 days). This would let us see if there is an immediate spike that warrants attention for more real-time insight.

Afternic has typically accounted for 90%+ of my sales, but the past few months it's been almost crickets. I noticed typing in the sld alone without an extension always showed "example" and a bunch of irrelevant tlds, and never my domains anymore like in the past.

So I listed s.ventures and now if I search sventures or s ventures it's nowhere to be found. Only if I type in s.ventures exactly does it show up.

How are people supposed to know there are names available if GoDaddy is not showing them!? I've been growing more and more frustrated with GD/Afternic, and the lack of recent interest in my domains has been adding fuel to the fire. But now, still not having my names shown when I follow your outline with random TLDs, I'm at the end of my rope.

What the hell are you doing @Afternic @GoDaddy ?! The searcher, seller and broker are all losing this way. Seriously, what is it going to take for you to give a damn about customer/seller satisfaction? It's infuriating and exhausting.

Sniffing around and your names still not showing prices. I entered url and did a price request. Then came the questionnaire. Daddy do you really need to know if i bought a domain before when requesting a price? Request made 9:30pm see how it all pans out

@GoDaddy Today’s example: I just received a price request message, and the price for this domain disappeared from Afternic (on Monday I posted a screenshot here showing that the price for this domain was set, and as you can guess, I did not take any actions to change it).

Not really, this problem has affected only a very small part of the domains. As I already wrote earlier, this issue appears only with those domains where the Fast Transfer status is set to "Set Buy Now Price." Apparently, it’s somehow related to Fast Transfer - specifically, all these domains are with the registrar Dynadot. I hope they fix this bug so everything works as it should.
