Hey, I wonder if it's also 25 cents for .info transfers?

I would doubt it because that would be crazy. But again 25 cents for a domain is crazy too :td:

People and friends, please to melisten to me

Ok it seems to be working now? How wonderful, but please be warned I and other forum users have sent several emails to this company asking for our money back and asking for an explaination but to this day they have not gotten back to us. You see it may work "for a while" to lul people in but don't be supprised it it suddely "stops" working. I have reported this site to directi and they are looking into it. Also paypal are on my side as they refunded me the money and yes I also payed with paypal.

I hate "the scam". I don't hate scammers I just hate what they do and let me assure you if I was running this business and my site was not working for "one" day I would refund all moneys immediately especially if there were multiple email complaints. Now what is to say that your domain does not suddenly "dissapear" or the site is suddely shutdown then what? All good to a few .25c domains for now but what happens if tommorow they are gone?

Anyway enough from me, who knows maybe they are legit, maybe their email wasn't working on that "one" day also? (although they didn't bounce). OR maybe just maybe the person is monitoring these and other forums as he is in the domain business and wants to get some good threads going before doing the "big" ripoff?? Who knows it is all specualtion and time will answer all these questions but for now atleast hear my warning.......BEWARE!!!

And God Bless :)

So.. what are they gaining? 25 cents? I don't understand how they could profit any more than that if you're not using a PayPal subscription or a credit card. I paid with PayPal.. my reg went thru fine and seems to be working.

In any case, thanks for the heads up.. it does always pay to be wary.. which is why I never pay with a CC.

Edit: just double-checked and my domains are showing up in the Whois as they should.

I'm going to risk a $1.50.

Edit - or maybe I won't... the site is as slow as molasses. It refuses to load a single page.

The legal agreement was dated back only two days. I think that they are a very new. The reseller account looks interesting. I'm testing it out.

Weird.. I just regged two more domains.. working fine for me. I'm just worried about the new ICANN deal and .info renewals potentially being tier-based.

I'm still trying and it still chokes out on the 'add to cart' part of the process. Found a good name too...

Yeah, but once you pay, it goes to the home country PayPal.

Switching over to IE did the trick - the site hates FF by the looks of it. I also got it to crash with a half dozen names in the cart. They certainly need to work on their website cart.

There is some wierd add on the homepage about there being an offer of getting the .info names for free????

Reg'd a few domains, but forgot to specity the nameserver on a couple during the registration process. The notes on screen say the NS can be changed at any time through the control panel, but it doesn't seem that way to me without paying 90 cents for DNS management. Does anyone know how to change their default settings to one of our choice?
