No NDA. I’ve bought and sold several domains to/from Andrew. Also co- owned a couple. Giving prices is bad business in this case.bang bang
Genuinely intrigued how you slipped him one - seeing as he is the biggest patriarch of premium .com names.
Genuinely, I'm impressed you sold sex to a nun. If there is no NDA why can't you reveal the price
I should be.@MSN-Domains are you a lawyer?
Please stop turning appraisals into tm discussions. With your kind of interpretation, 90% of good names are worthless. Please don't insert tm into every discussion, especially if you are not formally qualified as tm lawyer.
I stand to be corrected LEGALLY
I should be.
Didn't once occur to me you had to be the sharpest tool in the box to work out basic intellectual property laws
Didn't surprise me a bit that even basic things don't occur to you.
And I am sure there is a long list for who you should be, but, alas, it is just one of you and the world is forever deprived of the most valuable expert in bunch of fields.
Maybe the deadbeat who could be a front runner, had this 2017 registration as a lead. Majority of the time since it is a forwarding domain, they don't want to pay more than a few XXX for it, which would be at a loss, but an added upside for the purchase call.

Anyhow, I see value, you don’t, it is what it is.

The plot thickens, nice catch, good buy on CannabisWorld.com, suprised Keith didn't push on that one. I think you got a good buy on that, but you had to step up quick as you did, had it gone thru Godaddy auctions, it probably would have brought in $10K just on spec.Usa-canna.com actually seems to be an affiliate link and the domain is owned by a Keith. @Keith?

No business or company own these names for a reason. Zero speculation on this, I stand to be corrected LEGALLY
....
Oh you’re saying @Embrand is who bought cannabisworld ?
Good buy. I tried my best but the way I presented my offer was all wrong.Yes, I plead guilty to buying this one.
I’d buy Apple.co in a second. That’s as generic as a domain gets.I understand i don't expect you to reveal the price
If i could sell apple.co, I would be pretty pleased myself - i congratulated you, what more can i say
I said best and final when I made the offer, expecting a reply. When it came time to push, it was too late because escrow started. Can’t win them all!The plot thickens, nice catch, good buy on CannabisWorld.com, suprised Keith didn't push on that one. The seller totally screwed up that sale, advantage embrand who put that teaser number quickly, but good on seller for being a man of their word. Given I know the number it wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t outrageous either, I would say advantage to buyer.Good buy. I tried my best but the way I presented my offer was all wrong.
I also do not own that hyphen domain mentioned above.
I appreciated that FYI since that sales thread went right by me!I tried, perhaps that heads up was a day late ..as you said we can’t win them all but on to the next one we can all go
I would’ve went to $5k. Not sure what it sold for but my guess is less than that.Given I know the number it wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t outrageous either, I would say advantage to buyer.
I gave the seller a good early offer, he didn’t play the other offers against each other, and just kind of closed the highest one at that given date. They left a lot of money on the table, but a good domainer here is the winner so all good.I said best and final when I made the offer, expecting a reply.
