The name was a common name, though with a .us sub-TLD, so I was going to use it as a news template. I set it up completely, including getting a facebook and twitter page, along with a gmail account. Google now requires a phone number to open a new account, and in addition they refuse new accounts to phones who are already connected with one, so I probably won't do that anymore, but at least I got the facebook and twitter accounts.
Next, I put together a template I have ready, a WP Genesis Framework theme called Executive Pro, which allows me to quickly put together a decent site in less than a couple of hours. I've done this for other hand-regged sites and throw on my Hostgator reselling host. (In this case, I threw in hosting his site with a GB Bandwidth monthly restriction which is allowing him to develop at his own pace.)
Finally, with my new Twitter account, I got a Gravatar account with a specialized "logo" I threw together and then made the site live. With the twitter account, I hit all the main blogs and sites with soft sale posts.
One of the respondents had emailed me three times within 20 minutes, safe to say he was a motivated buyer. In two days we had our deal.
