Can you explain why you have removed the lease-to-own option for some extensions? The option has been disabled for these territorial extensions: es, et, rs, sg, sg, ar, am, ee, gr, ly, cn, hu, is, gp.

Same question here.
First thought was, Ok, for some reason that particular registry (a state agency) prevents LTO, but then I saw that I could set LTO for the same extension on another marketplace.

To answer your questions,

1) If a domain is set to expire during the installment plan, Dan.com pays for the renewal.
2) I think point 1 answers this, Dan.com pays for the renewal.
3) Renewal fees are set by the domain registry but if you have questions about a certain domain name, you can message us to talk more - https://dan.com/contact

How about the case of a domain getting upgraded from standard to premium while being LTO?
As this seems to be allowed - provided the registrant was informed about this possibility when he bought the domain:

if the registrar has provided Registry Operator with documentation that demonstrates that the applicable registrant expressly agreed in its registration agreement with registrar to higher Renewal Pricing at the time of the initial registration of the domain name following clear and conspicuous disclosure of such Renewal Pricing to such registrant…

So what if the domain owner/lessor doesn't intend to renew the registration of the leased domain because of the higher renewal fees due to a domain upgrade?

Dan doesn't seem to be recording traffic data on the My Domains/Portfolio area, although I am getting traffic and it's recorded on a per-listing basis.

Plus, as other have noted, recently Dan seems to have more downtime than uptime.

Good to have but it have enabled this new BIN automatically on most domains without BIN, I had to go one by one to disable estimated BIN.
Imagine you plan to sell those domains high but they put cheap GD estimates, OMG!
Why create such bad exp?
Edit: I just realized that I selected only one domain and I select Set BIN Prices + (BIN pricing for domains without a BIN) and Apply, then after this it have begin to add the estimated BIN, but I have think it will apply only to the selected domain not to all.

I just noticed a bug.

Whenever I send an Offer to Brokerage, it zeroes out this potential transaction as a Lead in My Domains, like it never existed.

I use the Lead column to quickly determine if I've received Offers on Dan for a specific domain, and now that number is potentially false and now totally useless to me.

It seems this new feature is meant for the whole portfolio, but I did not know this and selecting only one domain was not taken in consideration, you have to edit each domain separately to set the GoValue estimate price per each domain.
Other thing would be useful is Dan to make to display a badge GoValue price, so end users will trust the price is valued by Godaddy, maybe this will give more credit to buy the domain as it is sold at GD price. And when user will press (?) or (!) it will say "this domain is valued by Godaddy valuation tool" or something like that.

There are both individual and bulk options for this new tool. We recommend selecting the domains you want to adjust, clicking Set BIN prices in the footer toolbar, and clicking BIN prices for domains without a BIN. This will let you use GoValue for individual domain names as well as in bulk.

If DAN wants sellers to use the GD appraisal value for any purpose, please 1) let the sellers "request" the est. value in bulk, not 1-by-1 AND 2) please add this column to exported csv.

Do the Brokers on DAN.COM ever update you on the progress of negotiations - i.e current progress/stage, if negotiations are stalled, the buyer needs time, what is the top offer received, etc. ?

I have a few just sitting there and I'm used to Afternic where I can look in anytime and see the details, the offer amounts, notes, correspondence, etc. and it seems at DAN you can't see anything and if I never ask they'll just sit in limbo forever.

Hi, I see today's update to the cookies bar size being shrunk slightly. However, the unmatched cookies bar buttons haven't been solved yet.

As I mentioned several times here it's just the left and right padding of the cookies bar buttons that need to be removed in order for this to be solved on all mobile devices and browsers.

Please fix this ASAP.
