Hi Bulloney,
Maybe you are great with business outside the internet (as disclosed by you) but on the internet there are certain things that play out into the value of domains. All the really great but few NGTLDs are owned/acquired at premium costs but it does not translate to the value of the rest of the domain names in those extensions. That's where the misery lies. Maybe you might have a few nice ones but please don't think your entire portfolio is gold. It's impossible and you have to see it that way if you are serious about domaining. Each of us has had this in variations but this is the same kind of "blind spot" we all start of with, and which if not corrected becomes our undoing in this business. Secondly there are literally millions of successful .COMs and that is the main competition for the NGTLDs, Existing businesses on .COMs that garner the trust factor 99% of the time. You have to wrap your head around this fact and we say this as only your concerned friends. No one is getting anything out of this, We all want each other to do well don't we??
Here is one observation I made, in your signature you have a couple of nice .COMs but there is not even one premium (impressive) NGTLD.... I see BeerPong.live and CarWash.Gives. Are these the best that you have??
Usually people put up their best in their signature, or at least the best that they have for sale. Honestly you needn't even reply, just think hard along the lines of what we are all collectively saying.
I can't stop imagining the amount of super premium .COMs you could have owned with all that money
One last note. With all due respect, on a forum of this scale (in front of the many proven industry experts in every facet of the online industry) you need to set your ego aside as I'm sure you have done hundreds of times in the various businesses you have been part of as they succeeded over the years. Wishing you only the best.

Anita...i can see where you put a lot of thought into your post, but there's a lot even you don't understand about me, or my plans. Lets start with the fact that I've been doing this for less than a year, but knowing I have considerable experience in starting, naming and running successful businesses for almost 50 years.
As you can see, I'm a pretty confident guy and that's just who I am
When it comes to businesses I believe I understand, very little can hold me back.
So lets just take the two nGTLD that are part of my signature at the bottom of my posts; BeerPong.live and Carwash.gives. And NO, they're not necessarily the best I have. I probably own about a hundred that you might consider better on their face, but not knowing the "plans" for them, there is no way you could be objective. So lets start with BeerPong.live....I'm not sure where you're from, but have you ever heard of Tailgating or Cornhole? Well, tens of millions of people around the world tailgate, play Cornhole and play BeerPong for FUN! Regardless of whether I develop them, or sell them to someone who has the same vision, these three domains go together like peanut butter and jelly or milk and cookies. Furthermore, since all three of these domains generally involve "beer drinking", who best to develop them for, or sell them to, than Coors, Budweiser, Heineken, Corona etc. Now lets take CarWash.gives Anita....please take a few minutes to check this site out called PingPong.gives....
https://pingpong.gives/ Did you check it out?
Again, I don't know if you're from the states or not, but do you have a clue how many car washes are run for charities every weekend in the US?....in the world? Now imagine if you will, your kid (if you have any) raises money for a club at school via a car wash and you or anyone else would like to make a donation just to help out a good cause....this is where I'll leave you Anita. I believe you can figure out where I'm going with this...or at least I hope so.
btw, PingPong.gives has been very successful as have other new GTLD's that I've researched. btw, I've owned a site, SavingMinds.org I registered about a year ago that I plan on developing as my 501c3 to give back to the caregivers of Alzheimer patients.
What I still find perplexing is your comment about buying, "super premium .com domains" with all the money I've spent on new new GTLD's? All what money? Do you mean the "average" cost of just $4.00 I've paid? Anita....I couldn't buy even
one super premium domain for the money I've spent on new GTLD's. and I own over 1,000 of them.
That's it for now Anita...when I get a chance I'll DM you with some of my other domains that are motive driven. Thanks
