We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

We’d like to kick things off with an extension of our $7.99 .COM transfer sale, the code “COMTRANS4” has been extended until 23:59 PST on May 31, and there’s no limit on how many domains you can transfer using the code. Hello, i have an issue order submitted but not finished. Support says no connection with Verisign registry. Is it true? I have never such issue before. Maybe it's just frontrunnig registration?

2-3 days back you guys implemented new security changes, and introduced Pin number. And don't even intemented. While asking for pin reset, you guys are asking for Government ID. When I uploaded ID proof, your support staff said that your I'd is having surname and in account you have only first name, so I'd is not matching.

I told you guys to verify my card details, mobile number and PayPal which I used to renew and buy domains.

I really don't understand, weather security changes are for user's convenience or for their harassment?

My user name is rlchauhan at Dynadot.

Expecting favorable support atleast.

Suddenly it is not possible to delete domains from the "Other Registrar" section.

If i trying to edit BIN for OTHER DOMAINS getting an error

We're currently working on re-vamping our Landing Pages, so I will certainly pass your thoughts on to the team on how we can further improve it.
Hi, i am probably a bug bounty tester
A number of issues detected by NP members - both in landing pages codes (my post on the previous page for example) and, as @Reallybigidea.com and other reports show, also in marketplace operational code DO indicate that Dynadot, unfortunately, tends to release beta versions of new functions into production. @calebdynadot please do something about it. I'm sure NP members would be happy to test the stuff for free BEFORE it is released (and, as the result, causes issues to all of us). Just post the new feature at lets say beta.dynadot.com and let us know in this thread, why not...

The transfer code THANKSB23 doesn't work for me, even though you just sent out an email saying it was extended until the end of the year.

Hi. What a reason for marketplace lock for recently (7-14 days ago) purchased domains on marketplace? I can sell it with bitcoin and Dynadot lost marketplace fees. Better for Dynadot remove marketplace lock and let customer s resell their domains on Dynadot marketplace without waiting 30 days for lock removal

Could you please remove cloudflare approval for signed user into the account. It takes 1-2min for page loading. Strange that with vpn Dynadot works fast without cloudflare approval.

Domains just not loading.

ASK AI: I'll check with our team regarding the ASK AI tool for non-dynadot domains!

Other Registrar Landing Page: The Landing page should be working for other registrar domains now! Please DM me the domain you're working with and I will take a look at its settings.

Cloudflare: I'm not sure what we can do to reduce the loading times, we use Cloudflare to help with security for our website but I'll see if there's anything we can do to help reduce the page load times with it!

We do have an affiliate program! You can check out the perks here: https://www.dynadot.com/affiliate

You do need to set the domain for sale if you are to use the Sale Landers, the site will not allow you otherwise.

The transfer time can vary based on when the Previous Registrar releases the domain/when the information from us reaches them.

I have tried it sent pm 2-3days ago.. The domain wasn't resolved 48 hrs at ns1.dyns-ns.net and i moved to another ns.

E.g.: Domain registered at Dynadot and sold on Dynadot money paid to the seller where's fraud?
If for some reason there was an issue with Payment like stolen cards/chargebacks/ or anything like that, we can still recall the domain back so it doesn't get transferred away. This window gives us a buffer in case anything happens in that regard.
