My auctions are constantly being cancelled by them anymore!! I just had an auction end TODAY for a CCC.com and it's ALREADY been cancelled!!

I keep getting emails afterwards saying that it was cancelled due to security reasons but no specific reason is ever given. I'm counting on these sales for extra money that is needed right now!! :'(

Based on my experience, Sedo will eventually provide you with a detailed explanation and/or will rectify the situation in a fair manner. Make sure to contact your sales associate and be patient. The wheels of justice sometimes turn slow at Sedo. Good luck.

This particular CCC.com has now been to auction at Sedo 3 times since September! And this is now the third time I'm not getting paid. The last time was just a week or two ago and I emailed Sedo about it and never got a response. I'm going to try and call them, but God help me if it's anything like the last time I tried calling them.

This name was listed with PushtoAuction twice and last week I posted it here as a "$60 push to Sedo" listing, something I've been seeing for the past year I've been coming here. I see that alot the PushtoAuction names on auction are being cancelled by Sedo. It was my understanding that Sedo was ok with that site. I just can't figure out what is going on :( Off to make a phone call I go, grrrr.

Ok, I've left a message at Sedo..we'll see how fast I get a call back...........

Now I see in my account that some of my names are getting red exclamation marks next to them with a little message saying that the name is not listed with Sedo! What is going on???? Am I losing my account??? I don't even know what I did wrong!!

I get the red marks often. My advice: Don't use SEDO. Even their parking is horrible: I have about 105 clicks and made about $6.

My advice is to PM Sedo here and at DNF (if you are a member there). They've always been very responsive to me via PM on both sites.

I'm curious as well. Did sedo explain the reason behind canceling the auction?

If its true that you cannot go back to the original first bidder and accept their offer (first bidders tend to be legit) then Sedo deserves what they get when it comes it shrinking profits.

I had received an email from a Tom Fell (I believe that was his name) basically telling me that even though they wouldn't directly accuse me of any wrongdoing, I was going to be punished irregardless and I wouldn't be allowed to sell any names, but they would look into it further...blah, blah, blah...the email didn't even make any sense really.

I was also told that even though I wouldn't be able to sell any names, I could still park my names there (which is not true because I still kept getting an error message when I tried). I nice and politely emailed him back and basically told him what I thought of their customer service (it sucks) and that I find it rather disappointing that they have to punish their GOOD customers just because of a problem THEY can't seem to control.

I never heard another word after that and there's no way I'm going to stress myself out over the whole situation anymore..I can still log into my account, but I basically can't do a damn thing with it...@^$# them.

Amy, best solution is to call them. Phone is better than email with this kind of issues (especially with Sedo).

Maybe PM Sedo here and Sedo thread. I don't get this and why this occurred at all.

There are other places besides Sedo to move names.

I can assure you it has nothing to do with PushToAuction.com. There are plenty of auctions started from the site that completed successfully recently, and nine that are currently in process and running fine.

Also, when I worked with Tom Fell to determine if auctions were more likely to close without the sale being completed if started from PushToAuction.com, I told him that if he found any problems I would shut the site down. Needless to say, he didn't find anything wrong with the site. Tom wouldn't cancel auctions because they were listed on PushToAuction.com without asking me to shut the site down.

Sorry to hear of your problem though, I hope you get an answer and get it resolved.

As EG.domains said, the best thing to do is to call. There should be a phone number on the email that will go directly to Tom Fell (or whoever sent it). It is always better to speak directly to state your case.
