.mobi Would you buy this stock?

If you were thinking of adding a company's stock to your 401k or self-directed-retirement account, and the stock had a chart like this over the year.....would you buy this stock?

This charts the number of unique visitors to the website for one of my mobi sites between Dec 2006 and Nov 2007 (it extrapolates this month...that is, it estimates how the month will end based on the current month-to-date traffic) for bankbranch.mobi
If I look further into my statistics on the site, I see that it is getting traffic.....people are finding the site because they are doing searches like this:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=fifth+third+bank+branch+north+milwaukee+&btnG=Search
I like the looks of this 'mobi traffic' chart!

I would say that it has been mostly organic, or maybe attributed to the fact that the search engines seem to be indexing the mobi sites....from what I can see.
Initially I did submit it to one or two of the mobi site directories that fellow NP members were publicizing here. And I think that I did the most minimal registration with the major search engines.....that is, I went to a place on Google, Yahoo and Microsoft where you can submit your domain to be request that they index it.
I have linked to it from other sites, but those sites arent getting a lot of traffic yet....so I really cannot attribute it to that.
To me it is mainly just an indication that traffic is growing and that our mobi sites will be indexed by the major search engines....and hopefully a sign of things to come for mobi. In my line of work, we have many dot com sites for small businesses and directory dot com sites, and they generally have nice looking graphs...usually with an upward trend....but not steep like this. And the dot com sites tend to level off also. That is what made me think of the analogy to the stock market, where you look at the graphs of lots of stocks....and a graph like this makes you sit up straight and gets your undivided attention.
So, this is just an example....one small relatively unscientific sample. But I think it gives an indication of the potential that mobi sites have for us all.

An excellent posting.

It inspired me to register BranchLocator.mobi. It could be better a domain than BankBranch.mobi IMO, since BankBranch.mobi points to a BANK branch, while BranchLocator.mobi could point to just any kind of branches, including bank branches, and not strictly to bank branches.

Gents, can you share it, which domain is better, by its pure value (undeveloped): BankBranch.mobi or BranchLocator.mobi?

BankBranch.mobi points to bank branches only, while BranchLocator.mobi could point virtually to any kind of branch (store, pharmacy, dealership) or could be a website pointing to several kind of branches.

Nice growth there, but to answer your question would I buy a company's stock like that?

Probably not, unless I had the insight to get in on month 1. Too far to drop now after month 12. Kind of looks like the etoys stock that has been mentioned around here recently.
