How do I Get Stock information to display on a site?

I own a name [industry keyword]Stocks.com and have an idea for a site. I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance on something.

I'd like a completely automated site that would, for a list of stock symbols I configure, show the stock symbols and names, allow the user to select any of them which will then show a dynamic chart, a list of headlines, and links to various other pages of data.

I know this is a good candidate to submit to a freelancer site for bid. But my question before I do is, is that information, specifically stock charts, available for free (or cheap)?

You could try searching for stock tickers or stock rss feeds on Google. I've seen them before and I think you could integrate them nicely into a website with other content.
