Licenses, releases and more

When I look at the images in the People category, they seem to be mostly images of Disney characters. Do you have a license for them or a release from Disney for each of these images?

Do you have signed releases on file from the models shown in some images, like the model in the santa image?

Also wondering if you have consulted with istockphoto.com to make sure they are cool with your domain name.
