I wanted to gather ideas of which extensions people are putting their focus, hope, and money into. Whether it's .com, a ccTLD, a gTLD, or an nTLD, feel free to share.

Personally I think that .online domains sales are going to soar.

I'm no domain expert by any means..... however I have a well established background in marketing and branding. From a branding point of view the .online extension is excellent.

I currently have:
forextrader.online / forexsignals.online / easyrecipes.online / southafrican.online / gauteng.online

I'm confident in .com because there is a lot of demand. I prefer to not discuss my personal holdings.

.COM - the only TLD where the domain can sell even though it is available for reg fee even in .Net

.COM is also the only TLD where you are not competing with hundreds of other extensions .Net, .Info, .CO, .TV, .whatever - which are merely lower-priced alternatives competing against each other.

1. Com (positive dictionary single word, LLLL, brandables, word+word) - around 900 domains
2. Org (acronyms or top 500 greatest dictionary words) - around 1800 domains
3. cctlds with low renewal fees (not one time coupons) for very short domains and/or great one word domains. - around 500 domains.
