discuss Domain Extensions Which Allow 2 Character Registration

Hi, I'm under a development of Short Url website and tried to find a domain with 2 Letters. Most of the popular extensions does not allow 2 chacater registrations. So I endedup on .lk ccTLD (Restricted). I know it might not be a good option, But I don't wanted to postpond the developemt.

Anyway I wonder what are the extensions which allow 2 character registration, price, restrictions etc. Please share your knowledge.

If you go to iwantmyname and type in two characters, you will see the TLDs that support 2 characters.
