Which domain would be better? .net (with "-" symbol) OR .ws?

I have searched for a particular domain, which is available in the following formats:

mydomain.TV
mydomain.WS
my-domain.NET
my-domain.BIZ
my-domain.TV
my-domain.WS

Which would be best for SEO purposes/ranking in google. Also, which is best overall in your opinion - SEO+resell value. I will be developing this domain however, not likely reselling it.

*my domain* words are just example...

For ranking/seo,domain extensions just do n't make any miracle.
You have to score good over site+
Also in fever of extension and dash mark,without the exact name its hard for me to assume !
just for---
***.tv/
***.net/.ws
I prefer no dash marks with these TLDs !
