I don't know what it's called, but many sites such as Nike for example have extra links at the bottom of their search result. Nike's Official Online Store, Online Store, etc.

How do you get these?

Also, if there is a website redesign and changing hosts do they stay, and or how do you go about keeping them?

From what I hear, it's automatic (well, Google does it :D) and it happens over time.

Hey I have them!! (But only if you search for "DotSauce") lol.

They are called "site links" and there is alot of information on them, take a look, as many people are interested in getting them.

i think you get this if your site is considered an "authority" for that search term. nike.com is the authority site for "nike. and dotsauce.com is the authority for "dotsauce"

I got those on one of my sites. It increased the traffic by about 25%, the keywords with the links were responsible for about 50% of my sites traffic at the time. I didn't do anything special. I just add unique content a few times a day.

I have been with the same host but have changed the site design several times, before and after, getting those links. All of my content stayed the same and pages kept the same links. I changed the theme and ad placement only many times in an attempt to increase ctr.

Namepros has it if you search for "namepros". Do they have it for any other searches? As much as I love this site, "namepros" is not a keyword search.
