Where to get a blog designer??

I have recently started my first blog and want to have it designed to be as good looking as this one here for example:

Where can I get a blog designer and how much do you think would I have to invest to get the blog as nice as the top one?

You could post in the Web Design Wanted area, or take a look at the Web Designs forsale area... I'm sure there are some there.

How much it will cost will vary from designer to designer. But probably around $100 designed, coded, and integrated at the least.
