How do I create the different types of websites that exist - specifically, domain auction sites, domain appraisal sites, [another one, but less important - ] domain suggestion sites.

Templates comes to mind first - where do I find those and what other options are there?

Also, what's the best way to put a forum on a website [company/website/forum and where to get it, please, thanks], and what's the best you've used?

How do I build a community site [where people of the same interest / group can get together and such] that has all the features a community site would need?

How do I build a site that allows multiple people to create music in the same room like an online garage band / practice together online? Also, if a person needs a 4/4 drum-line, they can just ask for it and/or search and get it, etc. Also, like I said, "rooms" where people can go and make music together? Would there be bandwidth / connection issues / what would be the lowest possible connection speeds for a good experience?

Any questions, ask.

Thanks in advance.
IanBo.

Well a good forum to use is phpBB and it's free. The auction sites can be made by getting scripts, some are free and some are going to cost you. You can get web design templates for free, just use Google to find some but the best thing to do is to learn how to make web designs and learn how to program and code, that way you can create any sort of site you want to fit your needs exactly instead of using pre-made scripts which might not do exactly what you want.

ncwdavid is correct. There are lots of free and not free scripts out there. You can find really nice ones on the internet. Also, all depends on what your specifications are. If you want to have just standard features it's easy and cheaper. If you have in mind something in particular, something new, then you need special upgrades which usually cost money. I just recommend whatever website you are building, use PHP. Like this board. You'll find much more templates based on PHP then any other language. Good lack.
