This shows negligence on the part of the domain owner. If he would ever want it back again, then he would have to bid high if it were put in the auction.

Regards of value, I think that it is such a descriptive term, so powerful, maybe the most powerful describing its niche, and I say it is easily in the 6 figures.

But, the case is the people who did not update their contact details. They pay too much for ignorance.

I saw many other domains that have no updated whois data, and really do not know whether I should report it or not. Why not just have privacy anyway?

Report it, why do you hesitate ? That'll teach them the basics when registering a domain name.
