So there's one newly registered domain which is in some problems with US lawyers.
I've used fake private data for that one and got Invalid Whois 1st Notice – Response Required email from GoDaddy. Now i'm worried that if i don't provide them correct data (what i really don't want to) they will lock my complete acc with a few dozens of domains.

What's the best thing to do in this situation?

- Will they lock my acc if i don't change whois for that particular domain?
- Is there a way to move it to some other registrar if this domain is 10 days new? or to some other godaddy acc?
- What's the usual godaddy reaction in situations like that? Will they take in acc that i'm longterm customer of their service with a few dozens of accs?

are there options i can use to avoid troubles with that particular domain?

that's the mail itself:

They'll suspend the domain if valid Whois isn't provided

"appears to be invalid, or incomplete"

Double check and see if your being flagged on incomplete

If not then you have to decide on : use real data, better 'fake data' (I cant believe I typed that lol) or delete the domain

As a precaution, I would transfer all my other domains out of GoDaddy immediately. Just in case they do the unthinkable and lock your account.

I understand why you are reluctant to provide your true identity if you have registered a trademark infringing domain. But now you understand the consequences of dabbling in trademark protected domains.

If GoDaddy will allow you to delete the domain, then you should do so.

You don't explain what your legal problems are with this domain. So I'm assuming it's trademark related. The advice also might be different if you elaborated what the lawyers are saying to you. Are they real or fake lawyers?

If it's a trademark-infringing domain and you know it, then either surrender it to the lawyers or delete it from your account.

If the issue isn't trademark-related or you feel that it's ambiguous and you may have legitimate rights to the domain, then you'll need to explain your situation to someone you trust, an IP lawyer of your own choosing, or the lawyers who have approached you.

If the domain is only 10 days old and you're already being sent a cease-and-desist letter, then the domain probably violates someone else's rights in a clear way.

By the way faking the whois is pointless because if a UDRP is filed, the registrar will be required to hand over account holder data as well. Unless you've registered your user account under an assumed identity and paid with anonymous prepaid cards, your cover will be blown.

If privacy is a concern, then there are ways to achieve this aim properly. There are many threads about whois privacy.
