When you registered a new domain you put it directly for sale?
In some extension need to await 60 days to transfer to other registar.
If you sell the domain on a sales platform before that unlocking, how the sale is made?

yes, i list new registrations for sale
yes, you can sell within 60 lock, provided buyer has account with same registrar where the name resides.
or buyer can wait until that period ends, if they want to transfer the domain to a different registrar..
