What's the cheapest .com registrar?

I wanted to bulk transfer a lot of domains, So does anybody know the cheapest .com registrar out there?

If privacy is included it would be awesome.

Cheapest is not always the best. I never search for the "cheapest" but the one offering the best service. Several come t mind, NameSilo, Dynadot, InternetBS (not necessarily in that order)

Agreed, Dynadot should definitely be first on that list.

Out of good ones (Epik, NameSilo, Dynadot, InternetBS) you won't find anything cheaper than $8 bucks anyway.
