1. How do you know if a domain is premium?
2. what are the differences b/t premium and non-premium?

Generic, high value keyword word(s),taken in all major extensions and mostly are established/authority sites. Also, NN,LL .com are also premium domains. Or you simply can see resell value 10k+ domains as premium domain.

Good question, as it seems to be 'any' domain name someone is trying to sell!! As Reese writes in his blog today, if you need to 'say' it's Premium, it probably isn't!!
