What things reduce the price of premium domain name?

I have secured a premium .com 2 word domain (over 1200 searches per day). Estibot estimate $100,000 but I value mid to high xxx,xxx .

I wonder what things will reduce the price of a premium domain name.

I am thinking whether I should do just parking page or develop 1 page website with keywords.

Some say unused domain names are desired more by people.

That's why i hate a premium domain. If i owning premium domain, only one way get in profit, develope is better way for get a profit.

I think if its as good as you say it is you should develop it right nice and see the return come in, just my two cents.

Actually, some of the pros say that - from a money standpoint - you might be better off with just ads. You want the visitors to click not to read. Look closely into any potential trademark problems and do not have ads in a field related to that of any trademark holders who could come after your domain by UDRP or lawsuit.

I doubt the use of a domain matters much to buyers, as long as it is not blacklisted for porn, hate or whatever.

But genuine, non conflicting, use is the best defense to UDRP.
