What to use for a Site with Pages not a Blog?

I am developing several sites and installed WordPress with Simple Scripts on many of them. I want to make a few more that instead of a blog are static pages. A vistor would go to the site and click on articles to read them. I could write the articles all at once and update on occasion. Is there a program like wordpress for blogs only for static pages instead that I could install?
