I need someone to make wordpress mini sites

I have 1-5 domains that need mini sites made on them via wordpress. I would like a simple logo and around 7 articles and pages with each site. They need to be set up to be static not like blogs. SEO is key and Google adsence should be integrated nicely. It needs to also have google analytics, sitemap, and SEO Urls.

After I get one made I will do the rest

Why would you be using wordpress if the pages are going to be static?

I like the ability to add post I just want to to be all done using pages in wordpress, do you have any other solutions for me?

The pages wouldn't be static then. You would just do an htaccess so that they appear to be static pages. Kind of like how namepros works.
