Hello,

I have around 17 domain names at one registrar.

They are all more then 2 years old and have not even been recently renewed.

There is a PUSH option in it. But they are not allowing me to push the domain name.

Client Transfer is also showing Prohibited and there is no unlock function which I can see. So can't even transfer out.

When I try to push they are asking me for my password which I haven't given one.

I emailed them twice but there is no reply.

I called them once but the lady over there is not understanding the meaning of even "Hello"

I am pissed off by the service. I don't know what to do.

Is there any thing ICANN or any other organization can do?

I am just fed up of sending them emails politely. As none of them get answered.

Thanking You.

-Nick.

Which country is the registrar in? Get someone who speaks the same language to make the call. I don't think there's anything else you can do.

Well I myself speak - Gujarati, Hindi, English :(

I don't even know what they will be speaking. But yes the customer care auto answering machine is speaking English.

RedRock yes. I am getting it done. Give me some time.

If you want I can always refund you. No worries. :)

But I need to let them know that this is not a service that I expect. Waiting for some more hours and then will take the action. Maybe they will regret that they didn't replied simply to my email.

eName is more of a Tasters Registrar, then a customer oriented registrar. Best of luck and hope a little ICANN pressure will get them moving. :ghost:

I had some trouble once and contacted Godaddy. They assisted me in transfering names to them. It might be worth the call especially if you are willing to transfer the names to them. They are experienced in these situations and may be able to advise you. Just a thought.

I can understand your curiosity but  with power comes the responsibilities.

Did the link help you in any way ?

Yes it did helped in writing an email to the registrar mentioning I will have to take legal steps and all that. But as they were rock solid and they were not replying to any of my emails. I figured it out myself.
