What do you do with a nonresponding registrar?

What do you do if you have a domain name at a minor registrar that does not respond to your repeated requests? The registrar is Domus.com. They do not respond to emails and the phone number only takes messages. My domain is locked and their stupid interface does not let the user control the locking. It's really minimal. I need it unlocked to transfer it.

This is the downside of buying drop names--you end up with all these strange registrars from all over the world. Some have such crappy interfaces, some aren't even in English, and some like this one you wonder if they are even currently in business!

You could maybe try checking the whois for the domain Domus and see if it has other contact details you could try to contact them with ??

Also report the problem to the dropcatcher you used (pool or snap or other) so they can give them a dressing down :hehe:
Stories like that are too common unfortunately
