I did a transaction wil someone and they left me bad feedback and I did the same. A mod removed the bad feedback from their profile and left mine. :? What is the point of having feedback if a third party that has nothing to do with can come along and take sides?

I think you should tell the whole story if you intend to complain in the open.

As I already stated :

#1 - The transaction this was over fell apart due to your registrar ... You can not blame the buyer if they can't even get control of the Domain you are attempting to sell. All attempts at pushing and transferring were denied.

#2 - Whether or not it was a scripting error or not ... You left 3 negative TR's over the same transaction. You called the "Buyer" a vulgar name in the Comments ....
I now see that you were called a name as well in the TR left for you - and will edit it out , But - I believe anyone would agree what you called the buyer was not Warranted. You may not agree , but this transaction went wrong because of you. It was your registrar that denied the push/transfer each time. I've never seen anyone have major problems over a WWD (WildWestDomains is shown in whois -aka- BlueHost.com) push or transfer - So I can not figure out what went wrong for you. The domain must be unlocked - otherwise I've never had a problem with them myself.

.
.

BTW - The staff has to mediate as a "Third Party" - and seeing the Buyer could not receive the goods being sold , Of course I have to take their side ......

Just because the domain does not transfer does not mean that I am a scammer. It doesn't mean I wouldn't transfer it. It does not mean I put a spell on it to prevent her from transfering it. Her feedback is not at all regarding the transaction going wrong, she is pissed because she thinks I preplanned this to get a whole one hundred bucks. Her feedback doesn't say "domain would not transfer". That is the most she could say and even that is not something that requires negative feedback.

Also still doesn't answer my question of why she can leave feedback and I can't. My feedback was truthful. She implied that I refused to give her a refund and that I wouldn't transfer the domain and I should be able to say that, because it is true. She never once PMed me and asked for a refund, she never took the time to say contact your registrar and lets work it out, she just got paranoid and started going crazy.

As far as what you wrote in the post about you warning me before, I left that feedback before I wrote my warning mesage yesterday morning. So you telling me I had been warned is relevant.

As far as me leaving three, that was an accident. I hit the submit button and got an error and I wasn't sure it wen through so I did it again, got the same error and did it again. I thought maybe it went through so I checked and all three went through.

Mediators are not supposed to take sides, so you are not really mediating anything because the transaction is over and she has her money and I have my site. Looks more like an abuse of power to me.

YOUR TR Comment was the TRUTH ? All you did was call her a vulgar name :|

And I See NO way for you to prove that ......... As I've also stated - The "Warning" section of the forum is for legitimate problems - And they are generally only allowed AFTER you have tried to allow the staff / forum leaders help you to resolve the incident. Read the rules posted as a sticky in that section.

The Buyer did not receive the goods offered ..... You can't "Warn" others about the buyer if the problems with the transaction were on YOUR End - Get It ????
