Is there a limitation on this? If so, what is the criteria?
The reason I bring this up is that I made 2 transactions with 1 seller, and felt the need to leave 2 separate feedback. Although, the second time around I ran into an error and was told to wait a full 24 hours from the first feedback I left.
Within that 24 hours I completed another transaction with a buyer, and tried to leave feedback, and ran into a similar error, but no mention on how long I'd have to wait to give feedback.
A NP rep emailed me about the issue and I replied back, but have not gotten a response yet.
