What is the right .org drop time?

I've tried to catch some expiring .org's. However: I read that the drop time is 6.30 PST. But that seems to be incorrect, because some of the names have then already been caught bij others...

Somebody knows the right moment?

keep in mind that registrars that signed up for the .org dropzone can register these domains prior to release.
