I think .de has to rank pretty high if you're talking about sales prices ?, I'm beginning to think that cctld's are often much more popular than .com is.

Damn, I was hoping nobody would

.

Along with .de , .co.uk and a few others it looks like China is going to make a heavy push to .cn which already has a big following, discount the cheapy sell off that detracted for a while, China's "support" -you will use this:gl: could see the extension move way up the charts.

next .tld obviously is .net, considering .cctlds I would rank top 5 like this:
.com
.net
.de
.co.uk
.cn

End user demand top 10 is likely in this order:

.com
.net
.org
.jp
.de
.ru
.cn
.co.uk
.fr
.us

I think it's pretty safe to say that .me will never crack the top 25 demand wise. The only one from your list that .me has a chance at catching is .biz.

It depends on what you are looking for - words or pictures.

If it is pictures, videos, films, clips, etc, then one of the few possibles that is globally accepted and understood is .TV

It may not be the most loved extension, and certainly comes nowhere near .com but it has been accepted by thousands of media related companies (and corporations) around the world. And everyone from an old man in Beijing to a teenager in Cape Town knows the meaning of TV

If it is televisual then a .TV gets my vote

Please accept that I am biased towards .TV for anything that has video content.

Hi all,

.it for Italy is doing quite well. I'd say there's more demand for it than, say, .fr:

.fr 1,519,397
.it 1,733,001

I live in Italy, and I see the DN market is starting to heat up. Some good names still available, too.

I own a few, my favorite is: OnlinePayments..it

Matt

.us is only for US residents whereas .me is for anyone in any part of the world. .biz is a failed TLD and hence canโ€™t be compared with .me. Those who keep themselves updated on .me and donโ€™t regard .com as the Holy Grail would totally disagree with the above statement.
