What Is The Longest Period It Took You And A Buyer To Complete A Sale/Purchase?

I am sitting on some kinda mind game player. They asked for proof of ownership and I have sent it but no news from them since the time I sent it. Almost a month now.

What is the longest time it took you to complete sale between you and a buyer? Please share your story with us. Some of us needs some motivation I guess.
