What does Afternic opt-in means

For some time now have been receiving emails from afternic for domain opt-in.
Can't realy understand what it really means pls can someone please explain?

The fast transfer also means that the domain name potentially reaches about a 3x bigger audience in the premium network, since it shows up more places. This is a definite advantage, although if someone is really looking for your domain they will find it even in the standard network.
