What are your names with highest appraisals there? Can you provide some examples? And what do you think about appraisal mechanism there, do you have some thoughts on how it works?

afaik, Uni's appraisals come from Estibot.

Yes, that is what is indicated at their website..but if I can compare Uni's appraisals with direct Estibot valuations, there are big differences. I tested that on my domains.
