Are Sedo appraisals anywhere near accurate?

I was just curious what people think about Sedo, or other, appraisals. Sedo gives 2 numbers - a realistic market value, and a higher value for what a name might sell for if the buyer absolutely needed it. I wouldn't pay any attention to this second number, but how accurate do you all think that their base appraisals are? Are they anywhere close to the point that they are useful, or are these appraisals pretty much worthless? I'm looking at buying a handful of premium names and I figure for the small price they charge, it might be worth getting some appraisals on them just to have one more piece of info to go on when making offers ...
