I sold JetRates.com! And I pretty much got what I wanted for it... $180 US! So for you skeptics out there who thought I was asking too much, there you have it. On the other hand I was told to hold out for more but I don't think he would have gone any higher. I doubt anyone would have gone any higher. Maybe I should have held onto it for some time and get some revenue and some potential to sell for higher but it's Christmas time and everybody needs some extra cash. Nice going Taylor! Appraisals will almost never be accurate. Appraisers give it a value based on market logic, while buyers give you a price based on want and/or need.
