Finally Got It!!!

Back in 2004, I had a website that I had created. The site was getting about 1000+ uniques a day. Well, being 14/15 at the time i didnt have a chance to renew the domain because i didnt have a debit card and parents would not help....

So some one registered it and has been sitting on it for a while now.. They finially let it expire and i snagged it bac up...

Im so excited!!!

Congrats! Does the domain still get some traffic/have backlinks?

My first domain was my firstnamelastname.com, so that won't be going anywhere anytime soon!

im not sure... i no it has some lins on tutorialized.com and alot of other sites..

i understand how u feel..
have a diffrent case but kinda the same feeling.. i renewed a domain name wif a lot via godaddy customer support but they left one name out n it was expired n it dropped..by the time i realise it it was months later then i check ..it was available to register..i reg it back n it was safely back into my account..PHEW

Hah i totally understand, i've let several domains drop that I now regret, some intentionally and some by accident. I've got backorders in on a couple of them at snapnames. Maybe someday we'll be reunited.

I finally got the first domain I registered back a few months ago. It's worth absolutely zero, but just the fact it was the first one I had made me want to get it again -- so I was finally able to.
