No need to worry. That letter is from eNom as part of the new WDRP policy all registers have to particpate in. It is what it says it is.

They likely use the generic 'name-services.com' email address for customers that have sub-accounts, so customers don't see eNom's name on resold domains.

I got one today myself and was suspicious at first of a domain renewal scam. I checked it out and found it legit. actually, I even found they had wrong phone numbers on the domain in question and an empty admin contact, since I transferred it in from elsewhere. I made my corrections.

I think name-services.com is one of the generic DNS names they use for parking and resellers parking, and therefore IS a ppc site.

I've been getting those reminders for most of my domains. Its annoying if you own several domains, but it might be helpful to some domain owners.
