    Thank you for posting this ... Even though I have been domaining for a LOT of years ~ it hasn't been done with focus and this thread shows me how much I HAVE to learn ... fast.

    Thank you all who have added to this :) now on to reading and learning and most important applying.

    Actually not all domains are scams. There are true and reliable. Anyway, Thanks for the tips and advice. It really helps a lot! Good luck to all scammers out there because karma is everywhere. It really helps a lot!

    The best tool that I have found for blocking scammers is Moniker escrow. The combination of a secure registrar with an escrow agency is fantastic.

    Indeed Most valuable informative thread for the beginners like me

    Domain name scams is one of the major issues with which every new beginner has to tackle with but very few get the proper assistance... Thanks to you for your awesome informative info regarding the tips to get escape from the domain name scams and frauds!!!

    As with any good scam, there's an element of truth. Your domain name might be about to expire and missing the renewal date is both times consuming and expensive. Someone could be monitoring your domain name with purchase in mind.
