[VBulletin] Preventing Users From Post Spamming?

Hi all.

I need to know what hack you use to stop users from posting multiple replys in a thread. Namepros use it, if you try to bump a thread on your own post it will add your message to your previous post (if your the last poster).

Do you know what i mean? My forum is restricted to people with a certian ammount of posts, and people are abusing it.
