domain uzcl.com - estibot $49,000

Hello,

I know estibot is not a real indicator, but most 4L.com are under $5k according to estibot, this one however, caught my eye with the high estibot value of $49,000 !

Can someone help me figure out why does it have such a high apprisal? What am I not seeing here?

Usually there are different price-points depending on the letters.
