What is your GO TO format for writing a mail to sell a domain, to a potential buyer?

do you change it from time to time?
is the template same?
is your initial mail, short & crisp or long & detailed?
how do you chose your potential buyer?

Short and to the point is better.
I make sure I have a list of potential end-users before buying a domain.
My email has been the same for a few years now, it has been tweaked slightly over the years.
Always be polite and professional, even if they reject your offer or come across as rude.
