.mobi Unlimited domains & .mobi problems

ok, so i thought i would go w/ godaddy's unlimited domains (upto 100gb) plan, it seemed more econmical. But i have run into problems.....

of course you cant put all the files for the different domains in the / root so i create a new directory path for the different domains ( different folders for each site in the "root" /html folder)

(i have developed the sites with mobi sight galore)
when i test my site - mysite.mobi it scores a 3 - with problems being xhtml,valid markup, second level domain issuse. (the site does show up on the emulator)

when i test my site -www.mysite.mobi it scores a 5 -still with a second level domain issue in red.

before i went to the new plan and just had reg ol' hosting for each domain -mysite.mobi tested @ a 5 no issues.

1. am i overlooking something
2. is unlimited domain hosting not possible for the .mobi
3. am i an idiot and just had to many beers tonight


also if i ditch the directory's and just up load to the root a site/domain that is not the "Primary Domain on Hosted Site" i still have second level domain issues on the tester.

does anyone else use multiple domain hosting with there .mobi's

Check the source code. Some of my domains which are hosted have a line after the html saying something along the lines of: <!-- adsok -->
<script language='javascript' src='https://a12.alphagodaddy.com/hosting_ads/gd01.js'></script>
I have no clue what package you have, but if it's an ad-supported one, that may very well be the problem. My sites which are coded the exact same way on packages not supported by ads have no problems whatsoever.
