I would think that the number of .mobi pages indexed on Google is always going to be significantly less than the other top-level domains. A lot of the developed .mobi sites (and mobile sites of other extensions) thus far include a lot less content than the PC version.
Therefore, site:.mobi vs site:..com, .net, .org, .eu, .name, etc. is not a valid comparison IMHO.
