Uniregistry "BIN" or "Offer+BIN" ??

I need some feedback about Uniregistry Landing Page and Sales funnel options.

They give you the choice between BIN landing page (showing the BIN price directly) and "Offer + BIN" where the prospect has to enter his contact information first and cans then make an offer while being showed BIN price.

Has anyone tested the two options ? Any advice ?

You can use both of them for different domains. For example if domain has not so important for you could be sold at any low price make it BIN and for others make it offer + BIN.
